Terms & Conditions of Court Use

Welcome to Athletiqs Airdome. By booking and using our courts and facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Court Booking

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our official website, app, or front desk.
  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
  • Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Booking made without payment within the given time will caused automatic cancellation.
  • No cancellation once booking is confirmed.

3. Arrival & Check-In

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your booking time.
  • If you arrive late to the court, your booking cannot be refunded.

4. Proper Attire & Equipment

  • All players must wear appropriate sportswear and non-marking shoes.
  • Players must bring their own rackets unless otherwise rented from our Pro Shop.
  • Balls and paddles/rackets are available for rent or purchase at the venue.

5. Use of Facilities

  • Use of VIP room, showers, lockers, and other amenities is available only for registered players and guests.
  • Respectful conduct is required at all times. Harassment, aggression, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the premises.

6. Data Privacy

  • Data Collection: Courtside collects personal information such as name, email, phone number, and payment details to facilitate booking, event registration, and coaching services.
  • Usage of Data: Personal data collected will be used to provide the services, process payments, send notifications, and improve user experience. Courtside will not share your personal information with third parties except for service providers necessary to complete your bookings (e.g., facility owners, event organizers, or coaches).
  • Data Protection: We implement security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure.
  • Third-Party Links: Our app may contain links to third-party websites. Courtside is not responsible for the privacy practices of these websites.

7. Liability

  • Players use the facility at their own risk. Athletiqs Airdome is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
  • All minors must be supervised by an adult or guardian unless participating in an official program.

8. Food & Beverage

  • No outside food or drinks allowed in court areas.
  • Food & beverages are available at our F&B zone for your convenience.

9. EV Charging & Parking

  • Parking and EV charging are provided for active guests only during their court time.
  • Athletiqs Airdome is not responsible for damage or theft in the parking area.

10. Photo & Video Consent

  • By entering the facility, you consent to photography or videography that may be used for promotional purposes.
  • You can't take content for any commercial purposes.
